I didn’t properly thank you and the Irish Experience Team for all the hard work you did to make this the best experience for the students.  Katie really enjoyed herself and had nothing but great things to say about the entire experience.  While it’s no question that Ireland is a wonderful country (we just got back 2 weeks there ourselves), putting together this entire experience was done with a lot of care, expertise and prioritizing of the students.  I’ve been nothing short of impressed with every step.  I wish I could have done something like this when I was in high school!!

I’ve been meaning to send you a thank you email for last month, but better late than never! So thank you for the wonderful experience you provided for my son this summer. He enjoyed himself immensely, boosted his confidence and learned a lot in the course work. He was particularly happy with the evening activities – both concerts got special mention, the play and Riverdance. He also was very happy with the teachers and other staff. It was a perfectly run program and I hope it is still on in 2024 when his brother is 17.

Just a quick note of thanks. We just picked up our son after the 2018 trip and based on the stories, you and your colleagues put together a memorable experience. We were really impressed by the wide variety of activities and the mix of locations. Even the English studies were mentioned as being enjoyable! I’d recommend this trip to any student looking for a safe and fun way to see Ireland and get a summer school credit.

We would like to thank you and your wonderful teachers for providing Haley with the most amazing experience of her life!  Since she has arrived home we have been hearing all about the amazing sights, the teachers, her course and the other amazing young adults she met on her trip.  Although she enjoyed everything, she said Galway was her favourite!  She has come back a different person Garry!  She enjoyed the course, which is amazing because she has always struggled a little with English and is now talking about picking up an extra course this coming year.  Thank you for keeping her safe but also allowing her to stretch her legs a little and get a feel of what independence feels like.

I want to thank you for offering such an amazing experience to the students. I was so impressed when Erin talked about the fun she was having, all the interesting classes, the amazing teachers and the incredible excursions. I find it even more interesting listening to her talk to people now about how much she enjoyed Irish literature and wants to read more Oscar Wilde. She has never truly enjoyed an English class in her life!

I’ve also noticed how much more confident she is and how the whole trip gave her a taste of university life and what it will be like to live with students and away from home. That is invaluable as she is leaving the nest in less than a year. She also talks about wanting to return to Ireland for part of her university schooling.
